Tamarillo Sorbet: Best Served on a Wall. No Spoon Required.

Tamarillo Sorbet, inspired by the simple pleasure of picking something purely because it makes you happy, is divided into two fields of colour: a deep, saturated red on the left and a fresh, luminous aqua on the right, separated by a thin white groove that holds them in quiet tension. A scatter of pink dots and circles of varying sizes drift across the aqua field, with a single teal dot punching back from the red. The surface has an easy confidence about it, warm and cool in equal measure.
