Shipping & Delivery
All shipping within New Zealand is free. For the North Island, delivery generally takes around 2 days. The South Island can take up to a week.
I aim to have your artwork carefully packed and ready for dispatch within 2 days of your order.
For international purchases, I list my work on Saatchi Art, which handles all international shipping, insurance and guarantees. I'd recommend purchasing through Saatchi for the peace of mind it offers - international shipping from New Zealand is expensive and transit times can be unpredictable. For the handful of works not listed on Saatchi, please contact me directly and we can discuss options.
Returns & Refunds
I don't accept returns on original artworks. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately with photos and I will arrange a full refund.
Framing
Paintings are sold framed where framing is mentioned in the product description - the dropdown on each product page includes full details and dimensions. I'm also happy to point you in the right direction if you'd like to have a work framed locally. Just get in touch!
Payment
You may either purchase online for Studio Direct artworks or you can email me directly for my bank account details.
Please contact the gallery directly for artworks from the Gallery Selection.
I'm happy to discuss a payment plan - just get in touch and we can arrange something to suit you. Paintings are dispatched once full payment has been received.
Certificates of Authenticity
All works purchased directly from my studio come with a Certificate of Authenticity. If you've purchased through a gallery and would like one, just contact me directly and I'll send one out.
Privacy Policy
I respect the privacy of all customers and their personal information. Information collected will be used solely to conduct my business and complete your transaction (processing payments and shipping). Your personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to complete your order. I will only request and use relevant personal information as needed.
