Shipping & Delivery

All shipping within New Zealand is Free.

International Shipping: Please contact me and I will get a quote so you can decide if you would like to proceed with your purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately upon successful payment. My goal is to ship your order as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframe: It generally takes 2 days to wrap your painting in preparation for collection or shipping. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive notification with an estimated delivery date. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

Studio Direct Payment

You may either purchase online for Studio Direct artworks or you can email me directly for my bank account details.

Gallery Selection

Please contact the gallery directly for artworks from the Gallery Selection.

Privacy Policy

I respect the privacy of all customers and their personal information. Information collected will be used solely to conduct my business and complete your transaction (processing payments and shipping). Your personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to complete your order. I will only request and use relevant personal information as needed.

Damaged Artwork

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, let me know so that I can evaluate and correct the issue.
