Poppinjay is a square abstract painting centred on a large luminous yellow orb, wrapped in flowing bands of teal and turquoise that create a sense of orbiting movement. A vibrant orange teardrop form anchors the left side, while fluid navy gestural lines sweep across the composition, looping and crossing with energetic confidence. Scattered navy and white dots punctuate the sky-blue background, adding rhythm and playfulness to the overall composition.
The unpainted ply edges allow the natural wood grain to complement the painting's bright palette, giving the piece a clean, contemporary finish straight from the board, no frame required.

Hanging Height Guide
As a general rule hang art so the centre sits at eye level (approximately 150cm). Above furniture, leave 15–20 cm of space. For dining or living areas, hang slightly lower for comfortable seated viewing.
