Cock A Hoop: Half a fetch. That was all it took to send the pups cock-a-hoop
Cock A Hoop is an energetic, layered abstract composition dominated by bold orange and burnt sienna forms that build and overlap in the upper centre of the painting. Sweeping arcs of golden yellow weave through the orange, while vertical white lines cut through the dense brushwork, creating a striking contrast of movement and stillness.
A vivid blue patch anchors the lower right, grounding the composition against the open white space below. Small gold-brown dots are scattered across the lower portion, adding subtle rhythm to the breathing white space. The dense, gestural quality of the upper forms against the open lower half gives the piece a confident, dynamic balance.
