The Sorbet Series was born from a love of colour and
inspired by the simple pleasure of picking something purely because it makes
you happy. We spend an extraordinary amount of time making decisions that don't
really matter.
Named after the fruit flavours that inspired each palette,
the works in this series are small in format and large in presence. Each
painting is an inflated square of bevelled ply, mounted proud on a backing
board so it floats from the wall with a satisfying shadow line around the edge.
