Serpent Slalom: All it took was a swish of his tail and Seth was off!

Serpent Slalom is an energetic abstract painting built around bold sinuous black brushstrokes that sweep and intersect across the canvas with real velocity. Vivid turquoise bands and electric yellow forms fill the spaces between, with soft blush and warm orange accents adding depth and warmth. Scattered dots in black, teal and red punctuate the composition, and fine stray lines cut across the surface like the afterimage of something moving very fast.

The overall effect is graphic and kinetic, a painting that captures a single decisive moment of movement and commits to it completely.
