Pang Wangle: Without the slightest pang of guilt, Perry wangled his way into yet another maiden's boudoir

Pang Wangle is a striking vertical abstract painting dominated by a luminous sky blue ground that shifts to deep cobalt in the lower half. Bold sweeping strokes of cobalt blue and white wind and loop through the composition with fluid confidence, enclosing soft forms in warm sand and blush peach. Accents of  orange at the upper right and along the right edge add a spark of warmth to the cool palette, while scattered dots of black, orange and white punctuate the surface throughout. A subtle border of warm beige frames the edges, giving the composition a considered, finished quality.
