Cosmopolitan Gelato is a playful exploration of colour, movement and texture. Sweeping strokes of rich crimson, raspberry red and soft mauve curve through the composition, interrupted by a vibrant flash of turquoise and expressive white brushwork. Muted sage-grey fields provide a quiet contrast, punctuated by scattered turquoise, pink and cream circular accents. A gently curved groove follows the movement of the brushwork, while translucent layers, scraped textures and bold gestural marks give the painting a lively sense of depth and energy.
